Curt Stanley to Speak at the RTM Conference in Philadelphia (April 11-13)


The 2017 RTM Conference:  Sustainable Property and Asset-Based Transactions: Closing Deals and Capturing Market Opportunities will address the “New Normal” in business and real estate transactions involving contaminated properties for M&A, private equity type transactions, loan participations, and brownfield redevelopments.  The RTM conference is one of the most highly regarded conferences relating to contaminated property transactions and associated environmental risk/liabilities.  Curt will be participating in a panel discussion on Wednesday, April 12 addressing Emerging Contaminants, Regulatory and Health Risk Uncertainty, Managing the Risks to Business and the Environment.  His presentation, titled “Emerging Chemicals of Concern with Relevance to the Petroleum Sector,” will focus on emerging issues related to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and TPH.
